CGE Energy Becomes CREE Elite Distributor

Posted on in News

CGE Energy (CGE, currently trading as MKBY:OTCPink) is now an Elite Distributor partner with Cree, Inc., the nation’s leader in LED lighting products. CGE was originally a Cree Authorized Upgrade Partner, which granted them the authorized ability to help facilities convert to LED lighting. Now as an Elite Distributor, CGE will soon have the most requested Cree LED lighting products in stock, allowing for a streamlined conversion to LEDs for businesses, non-profits and municipalities across the country.

This distinction will play a huge part in CGE’s “integrated energy solution” offering, which matches renewable energy technologies with energy efficient technologies to meet the specific needs of their clients. CGE’s ability to offer everything that businesses need for lighting and energy efficiency was a key factor in Cree’s decision to make CGE an Elite Distributor.

Speaking on their newly granted elite status, President/CEO of CGE Bryan Zaplitny says “This new partnership will further set CGE apart as a leader in energy efficiency. With inventory on hand, our expedited ability to supply Cree LED lighting will allow for immediate energy savings for the customer.”

Replacing existing lighting with Cree LED lighting can reduce energy costs by upwards to 70%. In dollars, previous CGE customers have saved an average of $4,000 a month in energy expenses. These figures were what encouraged CGE to choose Cree as their exclusive LED lighting provider, and future clients will now reap the benefit of CGE’s elite status with Cree.
